Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader for our Sales department to join the LegsGo Holidays team. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Tiruchirappalli. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing strong leadership and sales management skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales management, showcasing ability to lead sales teams effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes efficiently.
- Strong skills in KPI tracking to assess team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Outstanding negotiation skills, capable of closing deals and securing favorable terms.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, with a keen ability to predict market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Solid team management skills, proven by experience in motivating and guiding sales team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey strategies and expectations.
- Analytical thinking to solve complex sales challenges and identify opportunities for business growth.
