Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader for our Sales department to join the LegsGo Holidays team. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Tiruchirappalli. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing strong leadership and sales management skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales management, showcasing ability to lead sales teams effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes efficiently.
  • Strong skills in KPI tracking to assess team performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills, capable of closing deals and securing favorable terms.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, with a keen ability to predict market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Solid team management skills, proven by experience in motivating and guiding sales team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey strategies and expectations.
  • Analytical thinking to solve complex sales challenges and identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve and exceed the set sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to enhance market growth.
