We are looking for an experienced Migration Officer to join our team in Kochi and lead our strong placement and processing team. If you have expertise in Germany placements, particularly in vocational training courses and nurse placements, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the placement and processing team to ensure successful placements in Germany.
• Oversee the end-to-end placement process, from candidate preparation to final onboarding in Germany.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, vocational training institutes, and other placement partners in Germany.
• Ensure compliance with international placement protocols and visa processing requirements.
• Stay updated on Germany's labor laws and immigration policies relevant to healthcare professionals.
• Provide candidates with career counseling and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure candidates meet placement criteria.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Germany placements, preferably in healthcare, nursing, or vocational training sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Germany’s healthcare and vocational training systems.
• Experience with visa processing and international recruitment procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities to manage and inspire a team.
• Fluency in German is a plus but not mandatory.
