BDM - SALES 

Key Responsibilities: 

 • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. 

 • Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. 

 • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Associates to meet organizational goals. 

 • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities. 

 • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. 

 • Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports for management. 

 

Skills Required: 

 • Proven experience in team management and leadership. 

 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

 • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

 • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus. 

 

Language Requirement: 

 • Bangalore: English and Kannada are mandatory.
