Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background/ understanding of the Automobile industry to join our team for one of our Client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in understanding, analysing, and enhancing business processes, specifically related to Automobile dealership management systems. The role involves collaborating closely with business teams, platform teams, and developers to ensure that the dashboards, KPIs, and overall business logic align with the organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirement Analysis: Understand existing dashboards, KPIs, personas, and business logic to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • KPI Rationalization: Work with business teams to analyze and rationalize KPIs, ensuring they are in line with the organization’s strategic objectives and business needs.
  • Documentation & Communication: Document key discussions and requirements gathered from business teams and platform teams to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables.
  • Propose Visualizations: Design and recommend visualizations and data segmentation across KPIs, aligning with business needs and user personas for better insights and decision-making.
  • Requirements Gathering & Grooming: Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and assist developers in grooming functional requirements, ensuring effective translation from business needs to technical specifications.
  • Functional Testing & Rollout: Participate in functional testing and ensure smooth rollout activities, working closely with the M&M (Manufacturing & Marketing) team to address any issues or concerns during the deployment process.

 



 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in KPIs & Dashboards: Experience working with key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, with a focus on their optimization for business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex business problems and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with both business and technical teams, documenting requirements clearly, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Functional Testing: Experience in functional testing of software solutions and managing rollouts, with a focus on ensuring the functional requirements are met.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and articulate requirements and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working with data analysis, visualizations, and business intelligence tools.
  • Understanding of dealership management software or similar systems within the automobile industry is a plus.
