Job Description:
· Identification of Channel Partners, signing them up to generate business for the firm.
· Identify good channel partners in the market, connect on regular basis and promote our projects to them.
· Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
· Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes. - Preparing weekly, monthly MIS of site walk-ins, client database.
· Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business
· Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
· Meet personal and team sales targets.
Interview Process:
The hiring process will be done in Three steps.
1. IQ and Aptitude test
2. Line Manager Interview
3. Final CSO Interview.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate’s minimum age should be 20 years and maximum should be 30 years.
Any prior work experience will be considered based on its relevance to the job role/profile.
