Role Description
As a Sales and Customer Success Executive at Kwikpic, you’ll be a trusted partner guiding our users to success. From helping photographers discover powerful AI features to ensuring businesses maximize ROI, you’ll play a vital role in driving adoption, retention, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Conversion - Identify leads, run demos, and close deals.
- Onboarding & Adoption - Guide new users through our features and ensure smooth setup.
- Customer Engagement - Build success plans, share best practices, and reduce churn.
- Retention & Growth - Support renewals, upsell/expand plans, and ensure long-term value.
- Content & Enablement - Create multilingual help guides, videos, FAQs, and host webinars.
- Feedback Loop - Share customer insights with Product & Engineering to shape the product roadmap
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, or similar preferred).
- 1+ years in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS support.
- Fluency in English + at least 1 regional language (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil).
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM/CS tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.).
