  • The Sales Office Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and processing expense reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.
