Job Overview

The Strategy Executive Lead will support strategic initiatives crucial to KR Mangalam School’s growth and impact. This is a junior-level, full-time role based in South Delhi, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The position involves leading strategy execution, supporting operations, forging partnerships, and driving innovation in educational programs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years’ work experience in a strategic or operations-focused role, preferably within education or related sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning for organizational projects and initiatives, driving clear outcomes and goals
  • Hands-on experience with operation setup, developing efficient processes, and optimizing ongoing organizational activities
  • Proven track record in effective plan execution, delivering projects from ideation to successful completion within targeted timelines
  • Required: Ability to lead and support fundraising efforts and develop strategic partnerships with organizations aligning to institutional goals
  • Required: Proficiency in marketing and visibility strategies to enhance the school’s brand, reach, and stakeholder engagement
  • Must have: Experience developing and launching pilot projects, ensuring agility and stakeholder buy-in for new programs or services
  • Must have: Passion for women empowerment and integrating life skills education into NGO's initiatives, reflecting a commitment to holistic development


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and execute strategic initiatives to support the NGO's goals in growth, innovation, and student impact
  • Support operational setup for new and existing programs to ensure smooth, scalable, and effective implementation
  • Identify, create, and manage fundraising opportunities and build long-term partnerships with potential donors, NGOs, and educational stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to effectively execute and monitor pilot projects, gathering insights and reporting on outcomes
  • Develop and implement marketing and visibility campaigns to increase brand recognition and engagement within the community
  • Champion women empowerment initiatives, fostering an inclusive environment and embedding relevant educational modules
  • Collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to identify and address areas of improvement through strategic projects
  • Research industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform continuous organizational improvement
