Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Civil Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is significant to KR Mangalam School, contributing to the development and maintenance of our educational infrastructure. The position is available across multiple locations including Delhi, Gurgaon, Panipat, Bahadurgarh, and Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards, and are completed on schedule. Only male candidates are eligible to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in site management ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities on construction sites.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) to create precise 2D and 3D drawings for site plans and design infrastructure.
• Strong background in Civil Engineering (Mandatory skill) to understand the fundamentals of construction and engineering principles.
• Ability in site planning to strategically outline the construction processes and manage timelines effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of building construction to supervise and verify each project's structural components and safety standards.
• Excellent project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborative and effective communicator with the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve construction-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects for KR Mangalam School, ensuring compliance with engineering and construction guidelines.
• Coordinate with architects, construction workers, and other engineers to align project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and present project proposals, schedules, and reports to stakeholders and school authorities.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to environmental safety and regulatory standards.
• Supervise the installation of systems and equipment, confirming that specifications are met effectively.
• Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain quality control and assurance in all construction activities.
