Job Overview
KR Mangalam School is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team in South Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 6 years of experience in the recruitment field and be well-versed in coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and screening potential hires.

- Proficient in coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Must have skills include comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in candidate engagement.
- Proficiency in various applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline the sourcing and hiring process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments, providing recommendations to hiring managers.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, utilizing the organization's applicant tracking system.
