Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer for a full-time, mid-level position located in Delhi, Gurgaon, or East Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience and will play a crucial role in shaping the interiors of our educational and commercial spaces.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors in Interior Design (Minimum requirement) to contribute to comprehensive design strategies.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) to create precise designs and detailed layouts essential for interior projects.
• Experience with Autodesk 3ds Max (Mandatory skill) for crafting realistic 3D visualizations that bring design concepts to life.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision (Mandatory skill) to ensure that projects align with the design specifications and quality standards.
• Skilled in 3D Rendering to produce compelling aesthetic simulations and design presentations.
• Proficient in V-Ray to enhance photo-realistic image outputs and detailed lighting solutions for projects.
• Ability to perform 3D Modeling, ensuring accurate representation of spatial components and design elements.
• Experience with designing for residential sites, understanding the nuances of residential space usage and personalization.
• Knowledge of commercial site design, focusing on creating versatile environments that cater to various business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop creative design solutions for a variety of interior spaces including educational and commercial environments.
• Produce detailed sketches, layouts, and drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk 3ds Max to accurately depict design concepts.
• Oversee installation and coordination on-site to ensure design integrity is maintained during construction phases.
• Collaborate with architects, construction personnel, and clients to deliver effective design solutions that meet project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections, preparing reports to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Utilize 3D rendering tools to create detailed design visualizations that aid in client presentations and approvals.
• Participate in the selection and sourcing of materials, furniture, and furnishings that align with design aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all stages of the interior design process.
