Role:- Mumbai-Team Leader-Branch Banking- Central & Harbour Mumbai!!!

Duties:-

1) Credit Card Sales from Branch

2) Manning of all alloted Branch through proper Hiring

3) Maintaing good relationship with Area Head & Driving Cross Sell Targets

4) Resolving customer complaints on time

5) Need to handle team size of 10 to 15 Sales Executives

Location:- Central & Harbour Mumbai!!!

Qualifications:- 12th Pass & Above

Candidate with Branch Banking experience will be preferred.

Salary:- 30% increment on current salary OR Max 25000 IN HAND

Job Role:-

1) Driving Credit Card sales from Branch

2) Separate Targets of 3 PVR Savings Account per BRE

3) Improving Open Market sourcing through walking customers at Branch

4) Driving Quality Sourcing as per company policy

5) Driving RO/RM sourcing through PA/PQ base

6) Hiring of qualified candidate through own contacts

7) Responsible for maintaining productivity of all Team Members
