Role : Sales Manager – Credit Cards ( Offering up to Senior Manger Grade )

Location : Mumbai - For DST / Open Market sales

I am looking for MBA candidate With minimum 6 to 8 Year of experience with big Team Size handling ,

Candidate can hire and manage team size of 60 to 80 sales people in Mumbai for open market credit card sales .

Candidate who have worked in Mumbai Location in open market and direct sales credit card business will be preferred .

Overall Job Description:

• Managing a team of Sales executive / Team Leader.

• Heading the Sales/Business for the location.

• Responsible for Managing the overall productivity for the team.

• Responsible for Hiring and building/Retaining team.

• Driving Credit Cards sales through team in Open market,DSA ,Branch channel & Point of Sales .

• Coordinate with various internal stake holders for issuance to credit cards.

• Taking complete ownership starting from sourcing, dispatching, follow up with ops and Credit.

• Responsible for Corporate tie ups and other business development activities.

• Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.

• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
