Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior OPT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad on a full-time basis. This role involves utilizing recruitment skills to attract top talent, focusing on candidates with educational visas like F-1 and H-1B. Key responsibilities will include talent sourcing, interview coordination, and maintaining compliance. Ideal candidates will have up to 3 years of relevant work experience and a solid understanding of applicant tracking systems and visa processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems for end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Sound understanding of H-1B visa regulations to guide potential candidates through the visa application and transition process.
- Knowledge of F-1 visa processes to assist candidates in transitioning from academic to professional roles.
- Strong networking and LinkedIn skills to identify and connect with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Experience in talent sourcing to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Excellent in interview coordination ensuring timely scheduling and smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Awareness of compliance regulations ensuring all recruitment practices adhere to legal standards and company policies.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to develop and sustain positive interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements for each position.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from multiple channels including job portals, social networks, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams, ensuring efficiency in the recruitment process.
- Support candidates throughout the visa application process and provide guidance on documentation and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, visa regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
- Build and sustain relationships with universities and alumni networks for potential talent pooling.
- Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to compliance regulations and company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports on recruitment metrics and track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
WORK LOCATION - Kondapur Hyderabad
WORK MODEL - 100% onsite
SHIFT TIMINGS - 7 pm TO 4 am IST
TRANSPORT - Self transport
