Video content is a core part of Konnect Insights' marketing strategy. Our videos both inform and educate customers about our solutions. We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist to work on both short and long formats, including shooting and capturing footage, creating motion graphics, and editing according to project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, the ability to think outside the box, and generate exciting and conversion-led videos.

Objectives of this role

●     Set a high bar for video marketing deliverables

●     Ensure consistency in content

●     Enhance social media and overall marketing strategies

●     Identify and implement improvements in the video editing and designing process

●     Produce content for various types and platforms

●     Keep up to date with the latest video marketing trends

Responsibilities

●     Edit short- and long-form videos for Konnect Insights website and social media accounts

●     Take charge of video ideation and creation

●     Ensure videos and graphics meet the marketing team’s specifications and guidelines

●     Implement creative notes from stakeholders

●     Evaluate projects for brand authenticity

Skills and qualifications

●     Familiarity with video editing and design software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

●     Ability to create motion designs for the video including social media design, and collateral design

●     Capacity to communicate effectively

●     Attention to detail

●     Ability to pick out and create attention-grabbing shots

●     Excellent storytelling skills

●     Knowledge of editing and designing principles

Preferred qualifications

●     Strong project management skills

●     Ability to design and develop video based on storyboards and scripts

●     Knowledge of aspect ratios

●     Experience with high-resolution file transfer applications

●     Understanding of video encoding formats
