As we expand our presence globally, we are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth and elevate our impact in the Domestic Market.

Role Overview

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, building lasting client relationships, and delivering exceptional sales results. As a senior member of our sales team, you will also mentor junior team members and contribute to shaping our sales strategies for the region.

Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and target high-potential clients in the India/domestic market to drive customer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets specific to the India/domestic market.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with key clients in the India region.
  • Understand clients’ unique business needs and position Konnect Insights’ solutions to address their challenges effectively.

Product Expertise

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Konnect Insights' offerings and capabilities.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients, emphasizing their impact on social media strategies and customer experience management.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations

  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations customized for the India/domestic market audience.
  • Clearly articulate how Konnect Insights’ solutions align with clients’ business goals and drive measurable outcomes.

Pipeline Management

  • Actively manage the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities and conversions.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and results using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of success as an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive, with 10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Consistently achieved or exceeded sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English (proficiency in regional languages is a strong plus).
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, customer experience management, or related industries is highly desirable.
