Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for the Solutions Trainee Program at Konnect Insights. As a Solutions Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with client on-boarding, supporting daily platform operations, providing user training, conducting research, and analyzing customer data. You will also work closely with the support and development teams to address customer queries and improve platform usability.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Listening, Customer Support Tools, and Data Analytics
  • Strong Analytical and Research skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in customer support, analytics, or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and CRM systems is beneficial
