Job Overview
Kong.AI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales operations in Hyderabad on a full-time basis. This senior-level role requires a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in sales leadership. As Sales Head, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and establishing robust client relationships to optimize business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to achieve company revenue and growth targets, providing strategic guidance and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies that align with corporate objectives and market conditions.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
