Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
  • Sales Pitch: Present and sell products or services to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research, databases, and referrals.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer details in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a successful conversion.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering post-sale support.
  • Market Research: Gather feedback and insights from customers to identify potential improvements or new product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in tele sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
