Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Create innovative and original design concepts based on client requirements, industry trends, and functional needs.
• Space Planning: Develop layouts and floor plans to optimize the use of space while considering aesthetic appeal and functionality.
• Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and vision for the project. Provide recommendations and incorporate client feedback into the design.
• 3D Visualization & Renderings: Use design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.) to create 2D and 3D representations of the interior designs.
• Material and Product Selection: Source and select materials, furniture, fixtures, and décor items in alignment with the design concept and client needs.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of the design, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Budget Management: Estimate costs of materials and labor, manage the project’s budget, and ensure financial goals are met.
• Sustainability Focus: Apply sustainable and eco-friendly design practices when selecting materials and products.
• Quality Control: Oversee the installation of designs to ensure the final result matches the vision and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
