Position: Maintenance Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

CTC: Upto 10 - 12 LPA

Job Description:

·      To prepare Maintenance budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources as needed from time to time

·      To keep equipment in good conditions to produce quality output.

·      Ensure Line setup for production as per requirement.

·      Ensure quality of product as per required specification

·      To prepare major overhaul plans, shutdown Maintenance plans & implement.

·      Review of root cause analysis & action plans

·      Prepare preventive & predictive Maint. schedules & implement.

·      To do kaizens for B/D time reduction. cost reduction, improve quality & safety.

·      To prepare critical spares list, min – max levels , annual spares calendar.

·      To co ordinate with purchase department for availability of spares in time.

·      To coordinate with HR for training needs & schedules.

·       On job training for the supervisors & operators for various utilities
