Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our growing team at KITES Senior Care in Cochin. This full-time, senior-level position requires a dedicated professional with 7 to 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our clinical operations, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to our growth strategy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional nursing education background, demonstrating the ability to apply knowledge effectively across various situations.
- Proven experience in clinical operations management, ensuring all processes run smoothly and meet healthcare standards.
- Proficient in healthcare management, capable of overseeing administrative tasks and improving efficiency within the clinical team.
- Strong focus on patient safety, with a track record of implementing procedures that protect patient well-being.
- Experienced in staff training, enabling team members to reach their full potential through comprehensive program development.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing for effective patient counseling and fostering strong relationships with staff and patients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the company’s growth strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Must have skills: proficient in nursing (Mandatory skill) and patient counseling (Mandatory skill), demonstrating a deep understanding of these critical areas.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day clinical operations in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure the highest quality care and patient safety.
- Lead, mentor, and train clinical staff to enhance skill sets and performance in delivering geriatric care.
- Monitor patient care processes and outcomes to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for expanding market presence and service reach.
- Manage scheduling, staff meetings, and other administrative functions to maintain clinic efficiency.
- Ensure all clinical staff are compliant with continuing education and certification requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to standardize processes and optimize healthcare delivery.
