Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Logistics Head to join our team in Indore, in a full-time role. This position is pivotal in managing the end-to-end logistics operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and logistics, leveraging advanced systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within our supply chain.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in inventory management software, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient inventory control (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with warehouse management systems for streamlining operations and productivity (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in logistics coordination to manage inbound and outbound logistics effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in forklift operation for safe and efficient material handling within the warehouse.
• Proficient in order picking, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for customers.
• Familiarity with barcoding technology, helping to maintain organized and error-free inventory systems.
• Strong adherence to safety protocol to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
• Efficient in material handling, including loading and unloading goods safely and securely.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire logistics and warehousing operations to meet company objectives.
• Develop and implement effective inventory and warehouse management strategies.
