Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily production activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and lead the production team to meet targets efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage the performance of production staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience in production supervision, preferably in Pharmaceutical, FMCG or cosmetic industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and effectively.
• Proficiency in production software and MS Office.
