Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team, headquartered in four major cities: Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Kolkata. This role primarily focuses on expanding our B2B sales network and fostering long-term relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in strategic sales initiatives, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering partnerships and collaborations that align with company goals.
- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring consistent satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize and position the company as a leader in the sector.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead efforts in lead generation, leveraging various channels to identify and reach potential customers effectively.
