Keen Edge HR Solutions is a leading human resources consultancy firm dedicated to connecting top talent with premier organizations. We are currently partnering with a respected client in the Manufacturing - Paper industry to fill the position of Sr. Sales Officer / Sales Officer.


Position Overview:


We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officers to join our client team in the Bangalore, Chennai, and Goa regions. The Sales Officer will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of company.


Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

 Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling hygiene and sanitation products to businesses and institutions.

 Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.


2. Client Relationship Management:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

 Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.


3. Market Research:

 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

 Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings.


4. Sales Reporting:

 Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and market analysis.

 Keep accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.


5. Collaboration:

 Work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promotional activities.


Preferred Qualifications:


 Master's degree in Business Marketing or related field.

 Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hygiene, facility management or any product sale in HORECA industry.

 Demonstrated success in managing Business development and achieving revenue targets.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation products and services.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

 Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
