Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated PLC Programmer to join our expanding team at our Ahmedabad headquarters. This full-time, senior-level position requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of expertise in PLC Programming, SCADA Systems, and Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our mission of providing customized packaging solutions and contributing to our customers' success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in PLC Programming, Electrical Engineering, and SCADA Systems (Mandatory skill).
• Strong experience and technical knowledge in HMI Development and implementation.
• Excellent industrial automation skills to ensure efficient production processes and quality output.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and resolving issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
• Advanced understanding of control systems to ensure proper integration and function of automation technologies.
• Practical knowledge of process control, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Experience in working with robotics and automated machinery to facilitate seamless operations.
• Good understanding of AGV-AMR technologies, contributing to efficient and optimized processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLC and SCADA systems for efficient operation of automated machinery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HMI solutions in line with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve system malfunctions to maintain operational continuity and minimize downtime.
• Integrate control systems to improve machine functionality and automation processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality protocols throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Support the development and testing of process control systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Contribute to new automation projects by providing expert technical guidance and assessment.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions that meet their needs.
