A Business Development Manager (BDM) in real estate is responsible for driving business growth through a variety of tasks Industry: Customer service Location: Lower Parel Gender: Male / Female Salary: As per company norms Graduation: 12th, or any Graduation Responsibilities:Ø&nbsp;Connect with developers and forge deals for bulk buying.Ø&nbsp;Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.Ø&nbsp;Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.Ø&nbsp;Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.Ø&nbsp;Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.Ø&nbsp;Writing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.Ø&nbsp;Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Ø&nbsp;Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.Ø&nbsp;Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.Ø&nbsp;Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Requirement:Ø&nbsp;1-4 Years of experience is desirable.Ø&nbsp;Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.Ø&nbsp;Stakeholder management skills.Ø&nbsp;Proven ability to negotiate.Ø&nbsp;Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy.Ø&nbsp;Conflict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.Ø&nbsp;A go-getter, who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story.Ø&nbsp;6 days working and 1-day rotational week off.
