Role Description[Budget - Upto 4LPA+Incentives]

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager Recruitment. The Assistant Manager Recruitment will be responsible for handling the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships and candidate experience. This role will be located in Lucknow with flexibility between remote and office work.[ 80% Remote 20% Office When Required]


KRA for The Role

  • Client Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • End to End of Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates.
  • Recruiter Management: Hire, train, and retain recruiters, ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the recruitment team, setting clear goals and expectations, and monitoring their performance.

• Team Training: Conduct regular training sessions for the recruitment team to enhance their skills and keep them updated with industry trends.

• Reporting: Generate, analyze, and present recruitment reports using Excel, providing

insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

• Problem Solver: Identify challenges in the recruitment process and develop effective solutions to address them promptly.

  • Senior Profiles: Work closely on senior-level recruitment projects, understanding the unique requirements and expectations of these profiles.

Qualifications

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is Mandatory.
