Job Profile: Sales Engineer


 Managed the entire spectrum of marketing activities for ensuring optimum product penetration and reach;

spearheading turnaround management initiatives.

 Identified prospective business generation avenues and OEM/Consultants.

 Ascertained product sales potential in new and existing markets, in line with consumer preferences.

 Planning & Formulating Travel plans for various region and sector wise to reach customer. Develop channel

partners for achieving of targets

 Work on the given /proposed sales target. Handle enquires received through India Mart, Web Site, social

media and exhibitions. Achieve Sales targets Annually/Half yearly / Quarterly/Monthly. Developed daily sales

phasing systems to ensure the achievements of stetted targets.

 Planning of Marketing Projections periodically as per the targets stetted,

 Participating in various exhibitions domestic as well as international.

 Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.

 Ensuring maximum client satisfaction by providing pre-technical assistance and achieving delivery and

quality norms.

 Developing Go-to-Market strategies for different business opportunities.

 Market Assessments of different industry verticals.

 Prospect Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Benchmarking studies, Lead Generation

 Manage one or more vertical (Divisions) and their cross connections.

 Ensure that proper demonstration of the machine given by Service Engineer to visitors.

 Give suggestions for planning Marketing policy for Marketing as per market trends.

 To do technical discussion with the engineers for all kind of problems.

 Reporting to Director/Sales Manager.

 Over and above if any task given as per the requirement is to be carried out.
