Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Kapil Group. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant and will possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare and submit tax returns and compliance documents
• Assist with audits and financial investigations
• Monitor and maintain internal controls
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
