Product Executive Job Purpose:
Manages general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly. Assists with director duties and corresponds with stockiest, Chemist, doctors, and vendors and internal departments. .
Major Job Responsibilities will be :.
- Candidate must possess relevant experience in the Pharma segment
- To devise brand strategy to manage brand portfolio profitability and sales targets
- To devise promotional plans and ensure timely and qualitative execution of the same
- To monitor and control promotional expenses month on month to be within the budget
- To successfully launch new products
- To identify product/ therapy opportunities in short & medium term
- To ensure on going analysis of internal and external brand performance
- To proactively conduct competition mapping, targeting and segmentation exercises for improving brand performance
- To collaborate and engage with the Sales teams, especially ZSMs for mutual information sharing and delivering of targets
- To liaise with other cross functional teams and vendors for timely implementation of brand strategy
- To identify and launch new products on a regular basis.
- To Visit Doctors when required (Field Work).
- Placing the Product order
- Preparing the doctor Agreement
- Edits documents for accuracy, designing the database of the product./ medicine/ tablets.
- Maintains accurate records and enters data
- Assists with organising events when necessary
- Candidate must have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Providing sales team with the necessary technical support.
- Act as a point of first reference for all product related inquiry.
- Interacts with director’s day to day basic for routine work.
- Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering products, and distributing products where necessary
- Answers vender questions and confirms vendor orders
- Performs additional duties when required, including drafting brochures and organising the filing system
- Interaction with Product Manager for day to day duty.
Skills and Qualifications:
· UG : B.Sc / B. pharm
· PG: MBA / PGDBM/ MSc/ M.Pharm
· Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
· Should have pleasing and presentable personality
· Good command over written and verbal English communication
· Should be initiator and keen learner
· Should be self motivated and result oriented
