Roles and Responsibility:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment life-cycle from sourcing, screening, evaluating, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Act as a strategic business partner by knowing the competitors in order to have the right pool of candidates for the various requirements of the company.
  • Discussing and managing with multiple stakeholders, understanding their manpower requirements, and recruiting the best talent from the market by being directly involved as an HR panelist.
  • Sourcing talent through various recruitment sources like job portals, various professional networking sites, internal databases, and Internal References.
  • Organizing and conducting Walk-In drives at various locations across India.
  • Creating own data bank, generated huge data of reference for Sr. Level candidates, which helps to close the Sr. Level positions with a reasonably good time.
  • Should Have hands on work experience on success factors in Recruitment Module, performing various actions like Creating Position Code, Generating Link for recruitment, and Initiating onboarding activities.
  • Preparing various Service Industry Benchmark related to various HR policy.
