Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SF professional specializing in Succession Planning and Career Development Planning (CDP) modules. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring these modules, collaborating with HR and business leaders to define talent strategies, and ensuring seamless data integration with existing systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Career Development Planning (CDP).
- Expertise in talent management processes, career growth frameworks, and succession planning best practices.
- Strong knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework) objects, calibration, and talent review meetings.
- Familiarity with Employee Central (EC) and its integration with Succession & CDP.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Reporting tools such as People Analytics, Ad Hoc, and Story Reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven talent decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SuccessFactors Succession Planning and Career Development Planning (CDP) modules.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define talent strategy, succession planning frameworks, and career growth initiatives.
- Set up and manage talent pools, nomination processes, and succession matrix reports.
- Configure career paths, development plans, mentoring programs, and competency-based growth models.
- Design and maintain role-based permissions for Succession & CDP workflows.
- Ensure seamless data integration with Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals (PMGM).
- Provide expert guidance on high-potential identification, leadership readiness, and talent bench strength analysis.
- Support People Analytics & Reporting, including Story Reports and Ad Hoc reports for Succession & CDP insights.
- Work with SAP CPI, Integration Center, or middleware tools for data synchronization.
- Conduct user training and change management to enhance adoption of SuccessFactors talent solutions.
