Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Materials Management Consultant with a strong background in SAP MM consulting and S/4 Hana. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of relevant experience and have participated in multiple end-to-end implementation projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, team leadership experience, and the ability to manage both onsite customer engagements and offshore teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8-10 years of SAP MM Consulting Experience with S/4 Hana experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 End to End Implementation (Handling Requirement Gathering, BBP, Realization, UAT, Go-Live Phases) as an Independent Consultant as well as leading a team of 3-5 members.
• Experience handling customers, preferably deployed at customer locations, and managing offshore teams.
• Experience in working for large legal entity implementation and rollouts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with multiple implementation vendors is beneficial.
• Good academics and job stability are mandatory prerequisites.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead and execute SAP MM implementation projects independently and as part of a team.
2. Handle project phases including requirement gathering, BBP, realization, UAT, and go-live.
3. Manage client relationships and provide on-site and remote support as required.
4. Coordinate with offshore and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Continuously engage with multiple implementation vendors to optimize project outcomes.
