Job Overview

KaarTech is seeking a Senior SAP Ariba Consultant to join our dynamic team at one of our locations in Chennai, Bangalore Urban, Hyderabad, Delhi, or Kolkata. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation through SAP Ariba solutions and will be integral to managing procurement processes and supplier management on a global scale.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience working as an SAP Ariba Consultant, demonstrating senior-level expertise.
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba Procurement, showcasing an ability to manage complex procurement processes effectively.
• Experience in SAP Ariba Sourcing, ensuring strategic sourcing solutions that drive cost savings.
• Strong understanding of SAP Ariba Supplier Management to efficiently handle supplier performance and risk management.
• Skilled in SAP Ariba P2P Integration, essential for seamless procure-to-pay operations that enhance business efficiency.
• Expertise in Ariba Network Configuration, crucial for enabling smooth interaction between buyers and suppliers.
• Mastery in upstream processes, buying & Invoicing, and downstream functionalities (Mandatory skill), fundamental for this role.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in the Middle East region adds value.
• CIG Integration is required
• Commerce automation is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP Ariba solutions, including Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Management.
• Oversee the integration of SAP Ariba with existing ERP systems to enhance business operations and drive cost efficiency.
• Lead workshops and meetings with key customer stakeholders to identify requirements and business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth configuration and customization of the Ariba platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert SAP Ariba guidance.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance competency in SAP Ariba solutions.
• Continuously innovate and improve processes to ensure optimal efficiency and efficacy within the procurement lifecycle.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to SAP Ariba and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
