Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Area Sales Manager for our Surat location. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities and strategies, enhancing customer relationships, and leading a dynamic sales team to achieve the clinic’s business objectives while abiding by our commitment to bringing quality skincare to underserved regions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management within the health and human services sector.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM to manage customer accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in strategic planning with the ability to align sales strategies with business objectives (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management to handle key customer accounts and ensure satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Strong team leadership abilities to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving set targets (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent negotiation skills to successfully close deals and maintain competitive advantage in the market.
- Data analysis skills to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights for decision making.
- Experience in managing sales territories including developing and executing plans for market penetration.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies to promote clinic services and increase customer reach.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the clinic's objectives and market growth in the assigned area.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring clear objectives are set and performance metrics are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to develop insights and strategies for improving performance and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and outreach activities.
- Manage the Salesforce CRM system to efficiently track customer interactions, forecasting, and sales performance.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to effectively execute their roles.
- Regularly report on sales activity, performance, and market trends to upper management.
