Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Area Sales Manager to join our team in Surat on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will leverage their skills to manage sales operations, drive market growth, and lead a dynamic team to achieve revenue targets. This role is crucial in expanding our reach in small and medium towns, ensuring high-quality skin and hair care services are accessible to more people.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in account management, with a track record of building and maintaining key client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong team leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding sales teams to meet and exceed targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, using data-driven approaches to predict market trends and optimize opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM for managing customer relationships and streamlining sales processes.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and strategic sales planning.
  • Strong negotiation skills, effectively closing deals and securing favorable terms while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market analysis for identifying new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve overall corporate sales objectives and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the clinic's presence in small and medium towns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential opportunities for growth and product development.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to upper management regularly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a high standard of professional conduct within the team.
