Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, senior-level position requires 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in financial management. The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, analysis, and planning to enhance the company's financial standing and support its strategic objectives. The role demands expertise in financial reporting, SAP, financial analysis, and proficiency in Excel for financial modeling.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within a manufacturing or related industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial statements.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and its application in financial management and reporting.
• Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and offer strategic financial guidance.
• Expertise in Excel for financial modeling including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
• Proven ability in budgeting and forecasting to support effective financial planning and risk management.
• Competency in accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records.
• Solid understanding of tax compliance requirements and the ability to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements, and identifying opportunities for cost-saving improvements.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the financial accounting function, including general ledger, receivables, and payables.
• Prepare consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyze variances to improve financial performance.
• Implement and manage financial controls and accounting procedures to reduce financial risk and safeguard assets.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, and maintain a current knowledge of tax compliance regulations.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and present key insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
