Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Car Detailing Store Manager to join our team at P91 Car Care. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience managing car detailing operations. The successful candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, manage customers, sell car care services and upsell, along with operational expertise to drive the store's success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) Systems for effective transaction handling and customer service enhancement (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools to foster and maintain robust client relationships (Mandatory skill).
• Strong team leadership capabilities to motivate and guide staff towards organizational goals (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Inventory Management Software to track and maintain optimal stock levels for efficient store operations.
• Ability to conduct accurate Sales Forecasting to predict and strategize future sales initiatives effectively.
• Adept in Visual Merchandising to create appealing and engaging product displays that attract customer attention.
• Competence in Budget Management to oversee store finances efficiently and optimize profitability.
• Knowledge of Retail Data Analytics for informed decision-making based on sales and market trends.
