Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Engineer for Electrical Components at Jost's Engineering Co. Ltd. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience in sales engineering, focusing on electrical components and solutions. The role involves engaging with clients, providing technical expertise, and driving sales growth within designated markets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong technical product knowledge and ability to articulate features and benefits to clients (Mandatory skill).
- Proven negotiation skills to close deals efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
- Experience using Salesforce for tracking sales activities and forecasting.
- Ability to engage in solution selling by understanding customer challenges and offering tailored solutions.
- Expertise in customer relationship management to build and nurture long-term business relationships.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts to support clients with innovative solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Jost's product offerings and services in electrical components.
- Identify new sales opportunities and establish contact with potential clients in assigned regions.
