Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals starting their career in sales, with no prior work experience required. The role involves assisting the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong proficiency in CRM software is essential for managing customer relationships and data management (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel for organizing data and performing basic calculations (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent customer communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce to track and manage sales opportunities, enhancing team efficiency and productivity.
  • Basic data analysis skills to interpret data trends and provide valuable insights for decision-making processes.
  • Competency in using Hubspot for marketing automation, sales pipeline management, and customer engagement tracking.
  • Experience with scheduling tools to efficiently manage appointments and team schedules, optimizing time and productivity.
  • Capability in proposal writing to assist in preparing detailed offers that meet client requirements and project goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies, managing leads, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, reports, and presentations as needed for sales meetings.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide insights to help improve team performance and sales processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions by liaising with the appropriate internal resources.
  • Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets through detailed planning and follow-up.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on latest industry trends and products.
