Company Overview:

Jost’s Engineering Company Limited, a leading material handling equipment manufacturer since 1907, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager-Finance to join our dynamic finance team.

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, banking operations, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in a listed company is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Banking Operations:

• Manage daily banking transactions and reconciliations.
• Handle bank documentation, payments, and coordinate with banks.
• Process and monitor Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC).

1. Accounts Payable & Financial Transactions:

• Process vendor invoices and payments timely.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Collaborate with internal departments for invoice verification.

1. Taxation & Compliance:

• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in tax return preparation and audits.

1. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation:

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

1. LC & BG Handling:

• Process LCs and manage BGs including issuance and renewal.
• Coordinate with banks for trade finance matters.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of LC, BG, GST, TDS, and accounts payable.
• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
