Job Overview
Jost’s Engineering Co. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Deputy General Manager (DGM) for Accounts & Finance to join our team in Thane. This is a senior-level, full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The role involves strategic financial planning, comprehensive budget management, and financial decision making, ensuring compliance and optimizing resource utilization.
Qualifications and Skills
- CA qualification is must
- Proven ability in financial reporting, essential for presenting accurate financial data to stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)
- Well versed with SAP usage. Complete knowledge of SAP is mandatory
- Should be able to manage team of 10 people
- Expertise in cash flow management, crucial for maintaining liquidity and ensuring smooth operations. (Mandatory skill)
- should have 100% knowledge of BG , LC , Bank Loans .
- Strong risk management skills to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Extensive experience in budgeting to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
- Proficient in account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records and accountability.
- Knowledgeable in tax compliance to ensure all financial activities adhere to legal requirements.
- Adept in audit preparation, facilitating timely and accurate auditing processes.
- Strong financial analysis capabilities to support strategic decision making and enhance growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimization of financial processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to meet the company’s objectives and drive growth.
- Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate risk management activities to protect company assets and minimize exposure.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, aligning financial initiatives with organizational goals.
- Ensure tax compliance and manage all aspects of tax-related activities and reporting.
- Prepare for internal and external audits, maintaining meticulous documentation for audit reviews.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for strategic initiatives and performance improvement.
