About the Role:

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to drive our growth by identifying and engaging new opportunities. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build relationships that fuel success. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential business opportunities and target markets. 

- Generate leads through networking, market research, and outreach strategies. 

- Initiate contact with potential clients via email, calls, and other communication channels. 

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. 

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for growth. 

- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM software. 

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
