Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Exit Formalities:
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
• Manage exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to HR documentation.
Employee Handling:
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment):
• Implement and oversee policies related to Prevention of Sexual Harassment.
• Conduct awareness programs and training sessions.
Full & Final Settlement:
• Manage the full and final settlement process for departing employees.
• Coordinate with finance and other departments for timely settlements.
Induction:
• Conduct orientation programs and induction sessions for new employees.
• Ensure new employees are integrated into the organization seamlessly.
Employee Strength:
• Handle HR responsibilities for a workforce of 800-1000 employees.
Asset Management:
• Oversee the management of company assets issued to employees.
• Track and maintain records of asset distribution and return.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of POSH guidelines and implementation.
• Familiarity with asset management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a large employee base.
• Immediate availability.
