We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing impactful training programs for the students, focused on enhancing the soft skills of our workforce.

Qualifications:

• MBA degree preferred.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
• Certification in relevant areas (e.g., Training & Development, Coaching) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive training modules focused on various soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence.
• Delivery of Training Programs: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually, tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students across different streams.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Create assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and track individual and group progress. Gather feedback to continuously improve training methodologies.
• Customization and Adaptation: Customize training materials to suit specific students' needs and adapt content based on evolving industry trends and organizational requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluation results. Generate reports to showcase the impact of training initiatives.
• Stay Updated: Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate relevant insights into training strategies.
