Key Responsibilities:

• Team Building: Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents to achieve business goals.

• Sales Management: Guide and motivate the team to generate insurance business by engaging with potential clients in the field.

• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with agents, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to meet targets.

• Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and drive business growth in your assigned territory.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and individual contributions.
