About Us

Designerrs Academy provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX, and other specializations.

Our learning pedagogy involves Hands-on activities, Live projects, Gamified teaching methods, and curriculums designed by our learning experience design team under the guidance of experts from the industry such as Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Byjus, Thoughtworks, and alumni from NIDs and IITs.

Our 20K+ Community consists of students and professionals from various backgrounds such as Product Design, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, HR, Sales, Retail who want to move to more creative career paths. With a vision to "Democratize Design Education", we are focused on creating the Next Million Designers and helping them become better problem solvers.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with internal teams, cross functional design and business partners to ensure holistic storytelling and brand look and feel
2. Develop story and utilize innovative narrative devices and processes for presenting concepts and ideas
3. Participate in the development of global creative concepts and strategies toward brand identity & brand concepts
4. Present and communicate objective design solutions with clarity, effectively sharing ideas to a variety of stakeholders
5. Maximize results within given timeframes and resources
6. Assists creative teams with building comps and presentation materials when necessary
7. Collaborates with internal and external design teams to provide input to designers and print production on how to produce graphic files in preparing final layouts for printing
8. Produces accurate graphics files to the highest specifications using a variety of desktop publishing programs
9. Produces advertisements, sales promotions, and public relations material for visual communications media

Skills

1. Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps, kiosks, games, and wearables
2. Graduation or Post Graduation in Visual or Communication Design or a related field.
3. In-depth understanding of concepts such as Color Psychology, Typography, and Iconography
4. Closely collaborate with Product and business teams to solve complex issues, like interaction models and data visualization
5. Expert in terms of tools such as Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.
6. Excellent Communication Skills
7. Actively present on Social Media Platforms and Design Communities
