Job Title: UX Designer

Experience Required: 0 - 1 Year.
Education Qualification: Bachelor/Masters in Design from NID, IIT, or any Tier 1 design school in India or reputed international universities (No Diploma courses considered)
Work Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design Execution: Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end design process for our customer-facing Android app, seller apps, and associated platforms.
- User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that will shape design decisions.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
- Concept Development: Support the creation of design concepts and transform them into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Tool Mastery: Utilize design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Ideal Candidate
- Educational Background: A degree in Design (B.Des) or a related field from Tier 1 institutes
- Passion for UX: A strong interest in user experience design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Creative Problem-Solving: An innovative thinker who enjoys tackling challenges and creating creative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills to effectively present design ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a focus on creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic Knowledge of Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.
Working Days: 5 days/week
Maximum Notice Period: 15 Days
